In charge of Viña Folâtre General Management since 2013. Born in France, he trained as an Viticulture and Enology engineer at the Ecole Supérieure d'Agronomie of Montpellier. He received an MBA from the University of San Francisco in the United States and worked in France and South America as a winemaker, general manager and vice president of development finally for the group Pernod Ricard.
Advisor of French origin of great experience and former Enology Director of Moët et Chandon, Pommery and Lanson, all from Champagne, France. He graduated from École Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie of Paris-Grignon and studied the specialty of Viticulture and Enology at l'École Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie of Montpellier.
Stéphane is in charge of all Enology for Viña Folâtre but more specifically of the Llavería Single Vineyards and Pichaman Premium line. Born in France in the region of Bourgogne, Dijon, he came to Chile in 1995 where he served as Chief Winemaker and Technical Director until 2014 in the prestigious winery Château Los Boldos.
From Apalta, Hugo worked 14 years in different wineries in Chile, and joined as assistant winemaker Viña Folâtre in 2013, after working in the Alto Maipo and Colchagua in prestigious Estates such as Viña El Principal and Apaltagua.
